I just saw part of Hitchcock's "The Birds" on tv the other day, so the pics of your cat and the raven kind of gave me the chills!

Re: Idiots at Large Episode 2

I loved all the pictures, especially the one of the old schoolhouse taken through the barbed wire. Very artistic! The bale art is fabulous too. Looks like you had a beautiful day to be out and about. :D

My prayers go out to you and your family, Karma. No matter the age, it's hard to lose a loved one, especially a parent. I loved your story and I pray that you will always hold on to those wonderful memories. ((((Karma))))

Re: The Old Coot's Obit

Such sad news. LG, could you pm me their address, so I can send Joy and the family a sympathy card? I know I can write something online at the funeral home site, but I'd prefer to do a card if possible. :(

Re: Susan B Anthony dollar coin?

I'm not a debit person, but I do use my credit card on almost all my purchases. I sometimes see the Susan B Anthony dollars, but not often. I think most people tuck them away instead of spending them. I don't think I would want to go to dollar coins instead of paper dollars, because of the weight in...

Re: Isn't there any news from anyone else???

I go on Facebook a lot also, but it's probably the easiest way for me to keep in touch with friends and family members who live out of state. I do check it several times a day when I am home. I haven't done much gardening the past couple years because of a back problem, but I really do need to get b...

It been rainy here and the temps in the 70 and 80s during the day. The nights have been in the upper 60s , which feels so nice. Still...that's a bit cool for July here, but I'm not complaining.
