kHT its not open yet and the bud is all that's on the stem,I don't think its going to make it.

I really don't know what colouring it will be But I would just love to see it bloom before the frost gets it.

I had that deep maroon seedling and now I have this one on the verge of blooming but we are also on the verge of frost so I thought I had better take a picture of the flower bud.

What do you think about my red edged Calla?

In the spring of 2012 I started seeds from a hibiscus that I got seeds from in a local park in 2011.Here is my first bloom.

This is the first year.

This is the third year and 8 ft tall.

Its 91 degrees here in Toronto,so hard to breath ( I have COPD), 55 years of smoking didn't help.

I have to cut them back,if I didn't they would go to seed and softy me would not throw them away.i have enough seeds with my crosses. I never get a second growth.
