My understanding is that there is no intention of naming/releasing this plant any time soon. I is just one of Bob's breeding plants. He has been working to get the red up the leaf and from the back to the front. This is just one of the intermediate plants he will be using for future breeding.

I asked for a copy of this picture that was shown in one of the classes at Hosta College
it is one of Solberg's it starts out green and turns red from the tips down.
so, what's your opintion???

have you tried to recover the streaked liberty bell?? many streaked plants that have become stable can be recovered by splitting them.

I'm sorry so many of the regulars couldn't make it, especially since the auction goes to help with the forum costs. So.. If people agree, i'm willing to offer a piece of a nice streaked breader, probably H. 'Vivacious', to the forum as an 'auction' . the payment would go to chris, and the plant will...

i know it's still early but people have to plan their schedulles.

FYI..
my Grande Marque is the only plant still up (after 2 frosts) and looking good.

I agree that it looks very much alike, but i don't think they act alike.
