Have you tried digging around the hosta , sometimes they have a root running right through them. Just a thought... Good luck

Very nice group Ann , I've caught a few mice this yr... BME (4th) , MM, HME, FME, One Iota , other minis Mouse Tracks and Mighty Moe. A lot of them look alike but I love the substance.

I think Liberty is the way to go...a real show stopper.

Thanks everyone for your help. I knew this was a long shot. I have wondered if it could be Montana Macrophylla but vaguely remember a tag that said giant hosta, and maybe Elegans so it could be any cross. Thanks again Viktoria , R. Rock and ogrefcf for your input.
