Re: Wedding bells, anyone?

Congratulations to all! I was very excited to see the the ruling for marriage equality. Living in Utah I didn't get to celebrate it with many, so nice to do it here. Now I get to wear my rainbow tie to church (LDS) today to celebrate!

Re: Rain does a Hosta good

Thanks everyone. bkay, the vines are Sweet Autumn Clematis. I know some people don't like them because they can be invasive, but I have had no problems with them in four years. Just cut them down and they regrow and fill in about everything. Works out well as they fill in when the summer heat arrive...

New table.

New table I built for my wife. She wanted a large out door table for BBQ's. Think it fits nicely with the yard.

Yeah filled in well. Some are doing much better than others. Paradime has gone crazy. Now just need to get the slugs under control.

No day lilies yet Karma, but did find a few more hostas. Next week it's supposed to be in the mid 30's at night. Might be time to get the spare pots out.

Re: Hosta with Crocus issues

Snows come and gone. It's close to my home, but there are several others with it that are still in the ground where they belong. Looking at it I think only a couple of the eyes came up and the rest are waiting.

Hosta with Crocus issues

Was outside cleaning up and putting in some more sprinklers in when I found this under some leave litter http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v34/ogrefcf/3-9-141of3_zpsde85be1b.jpg I think this June thinks it's a crocus, cause nothing else is up but a few crocus and some daffodils. Don't think it's goi...

My son picked out Curly fries last year. Good little Hosta so far. Just ordered Victory and it will take up the remainder of my last bed. I was really excited to see Chris had it this year. I'm almost out of Hosta room :( .

Mine are looking okay, but pretty much done for the season. I lost a few due to it being so hot this summer and not able to get them enough water :(.
