It didn't set pods. I was hoping it would, but it was a little late blooming.

I started collecting seeds today before I loose them. They were beginning to split open. These were crossed July 7, the first day I had any crosses 'stick'.

Some really pretty flowers.

I've been growing some 'red flower' seedlings and so far have only gotten purple or slightly reddish flowers, although the flower markings have been very red flower like. I hope you have great success.

Here's a Halcyon x Mikawa-No-Yuki from 2014.
The flower caught my eye and the blue foliage is especially nice at this time of year.

Red October seedlings from this winter:

Stirfry blooms and sets pods for me, but the pods open and abort just before the seeds ripen. I've tried bringing them in and putting in sugar water, but the seeds just do not ripen.

I love the site and was very sad the other day when I couldn't access it. I don't know what all it would mean to have those changes. Sorry there is so much work in keeping it current, but I thank you for your hard work.
