I have the same problem. It seems too cold here in Indiana for the slugs to be out. I have holes in hostas all over the garden. Is there any time of day that you should be able to see them? I'll be on my way to Lowe's this week.

Some of my hostas came back smaller than last year. Niagra Falls is one of these. It gets smaller and smaller each year. Is there anything I can do short of moving it. Could it be a nutrition problem? Any and all suggestion appreciated.

Your plant has it all-- gold leaves, red stems and a wonderful flower. I love the purple and white. I think this one should be registered and made available to the rest of the hosta lovers. Great job!

Since you say the first one is a tiara, I would say it may be Grand Tiara. The second looks like a Great Expectations. I have one that looks like this and I just moved it.
