Re: The Idiots Take The Long Way Home Episode 6

Situated close to Sweden and occupied by the Russians in the last ww2 days- claiming they had Denmark. It took a year to sol...

Love it as I can not remember if I have ever been so much in love with a piece of jewelry :-)

Lovely pics and thank's for the story :-)

I see so many pics from US. 99.8 are from the big cities, then from diners and maybe once a year a pic from your countryside, so I love to follow your trips.

Re: Moved over 500 hostas

Complaining about the weather is a must. You can not live in Northern Europe without complaining skills about the weather and you can always find someone who complain about it... it is to cold, wet, windy, hot, dry .... Just complain or they think you are weird

Re: Moved over 500 hostas

Americans are normally well accepted for jobs in Northern Europe :-) Can I be honest ? Most of the crying about the tourists are crab in North Europe. We are the ones going for vacations in sunny Spain, Italy ect. Here the hotels and vacation home companies cried for months... the Germans can not co...

The hostas will love the rain :-)

I have very little idea of the jobsituation in Ireland. It was bad, really bad 10+ years ago and then they changed their taxpolicy and some other things and got a lot of specially US tech companies to settle in there...

Re: Moved over 500 hostas

Thanks Chris for keeping the forums :-) 8b/ 9a may be right but not in the normal US way since you are in a seaside area. Be prepared for changes... more or less all time, but specially in the spring. The last 2 years have been the first and only where I could not put out annuals in mid April. Last ...

A religion who combines all religions, ohh, I can see the sense in it... No more stupid wars a for how to please God Then it split up ... But then, not to offend anyone, but my first thoughts when I saw the building was a French Varité and Josefine Baker could easily be dancing with her banana shirt...

Re: Idiots Afloat Ep 7 Angkor Wat

So do you think Picasso and Dali got the inspiration from the Leg Yes it is a bit weird that the Angor Wat and the European churches look so much alike. The European mason's were all inspired by the Italians and some looked at north Africa and the Near Orient ( think it is what you call it)... still...
