Very nice hosta! It's one I've have been going to get and almost added it this year. Held back because of all the ice storms has damaged so many of our trees and shade is at a minus. Knowing that yours that the light exposure didn't make a difference I just might add one still this year.

Regal Promenade is hard to photo for me too, and it's a shame cause it's such a beautiful hosta and the cream get brighter and richer as the summer progress.

Regal Promenade and Mardi Gras edit

These photos were taken yesterday. Both also has blue coloring streaks in them but didn't show up in the photos. Edit due to putting Royal instead of Regal. Still nothing, I read it helps to divide Daylilies every 3 to 4 years to keep them blooming strong...this one has been in the same place for well over 5 years. Last year it didn't bloom very much.

Do you think I should just go ahead and divide it up now?

Don right with 'Ice Age Trail' just either pick one out in person or let them know you want one with good blue color, I've seen many that are dark green or med. green. Chris many still have some still just not listing them. Just ask him!
