It was a lot of fun meeting everyone yesterday! Wish I could have stayed for the auction! (Got meds soon enough to ward off the worst of the migrain, just couldn't see for the flashing aura.) I wanted one of those pillows too! So cute, Pia! And the Great Lakes Gold was beautiful! Who took those home...

Most foods aren't easy to transport, when you are leaving more than 24 hrs ahead, so I will bring chips as well as my pie.

Anything going on Friday night? We will be in town then, but will be leaving Sat. evening. Church responsibilities on Sunday.

I will be bringing a Sea Sunrise, if anyone is looking for a streaked hosta. Trying to think of another one I can transport easily....hmmm.

As far as food, I will be bringing a yummy pineapple cream pie.

Joan, we're going to be leaving the B&B as you are coming! We stay over on Friday night, but need to be home Sunday morning. I work in a Special Ed class on Sunday, and my students don't like change.

No shoes, huh? Anything else I should know? I have not stayed at a B&B before.

I think DH and I may actually make it! Wedding shower is this weekend, and DH wants to get away for a day or two.

It will be nice to be able to put faces with all of you!

Something about DS getting married in August...makes him think I need to do LOTS of stuff like showers and rehersal dinner plans and... :lol: In case I do get to come, what do I need to know? Right! 2 years ago I told them about HVX, cause so many of their plants were infected!

Saw Clovelly in a local nursery this week. Problem is, it is one that had HVX in the past. Not sure I want to risk it, tho their plants look much healthier this year.

There are about a dozen holes in my yard, and my sisters next door. Some are big enough, my pug almost fell in!

Yes, every year we have tomatos with one bite out. Last year we started fencing the veggie garden. DH hit one with an arrow about a month ago. It ran off with the arrow out both sides.
