I love mine! I have two clumps of the golden-edged one, which are increasing very slowly; also the silver/white and green one which is just maintaining... The golden one has spectacular spring coloring, sort of like red at the base, with the golden/yellow/green leaves extending more each day. These ...

I like the black mondo, and set it amongst the yellow-chartreuse creeping-jenny (Lysismachia mummularia aurea- spelling?). The grass that really looks dead to me is the bronze one, might be a Carex/sedge? Had a great one from datdog, but it did not survive the winter. It was actually bronze-brown, l...

OC, Marmalade is one of the very few Heuchera I've ever lost... and it was SO beautiful too, like Amber Waves but prettier. My Heuchera even here in NJ are all practically evergreen, so I'd expect you to see some signs of yours by now. I am going to try this one again, it is that nice. Perhaps yours...

YES!!! I had Grandpa Ott's and Milky Way one year, and every one of the thousands of seeds survived a zone 6/7 winter and sent up seedlings year after year. As mentioned above, the very desirable Japanese ones do not enjoy a long enough season to set seeds (sometimes not even flowers). But, they are...

I am very sad to say that my 'Marmalade' bit the dust... That one had some awesome color, and was a fine companion to 'Amber Waves'. Had bought that one locally, and they had 'Lime Rickey', but the coloring did not look so great. BillyB, that 'Green Spice' is a real favorite, the spring coloring rig...

Achillea 'The Pearl' has to be the most invasive I've ever grown, there is no eliminating it. It even spreads into the lawn and survives mowing nicely, forming thicker mats. My only regret... I WISH I had such problems as Campanula pyramidalis taking over! It is biennial for me, and never self-sows....

Goodbye Pardancanda, Hello John...
I've asked Chris to change my username from Pardancanda to John, and he has been most obliging as always. Will look forward to seeing you all on the forums and hope to share ideas, garden photos and perhaps arrange some trades!
