We had some concrete blocks left over that were all a little different and my husband didn't want them. So...I took them, edged a garden with them and planted minis in them. That was two years ago and the hostas are doing well. They get a lot of comments from people!

We ship our hostas bare root as well. If done right, they travel very well. The shipping would be outrageous if shipped in potting soil.
