Re: Can a dog have a depression ???
Some dog breeds are very prone to reacting that way when disicplined by yelling. My Rat Terriers will sulk up and hide, not give you kisses, just act like they have been beaten if they get yelled at  They always come around, but have never acted that way for as long as your dog did. I agree, s...

Re: Too much shade- lack of colors
Show them some pics of gardens with some of the same hosta that get more sun and see if they like them. If so, advise them that if they cut down, or back some of their trees, their hosta will get more color. Might work???

I am so sorry you lost your friend Reldon. I am glad though that you were able to spend some time with him before he passed. It is hard I know.

Sweet! Nothing like having a puppy in the house! Will you be able to give her up after having her for awhile? I would fall in love right off the bat

Mine has done really well this year. Big leaves on long stalks... but unfortunatley the squirrels have decided they love my hosta, and are working on eating all the leaves off of Empress Woo, Sagae, Lakeside Cha Cha and a few others

Wow, I have not had one of those in years! The one that feels hollow is dead. I would get rid of it.

Mine look like that from the sun, except crispy I would not worry about it, they don't look soft and mushy and if they are not pulling out of the crown easily they are most likley fine.

Don't worry Chris! It is my own stupid fault, but they do LOVE Chicken   I should never have left the dogs alone with a plant that is within reach and not planted and barricaded  I know better! LG you are right, it is funny and NOT at the same time   . Of course all is wel...

The roots looked fine, so I am sure they will be okay. It is still hot and sunny here in OK though, so I am keeping the ones with out leaves in the shade. They have no protection otherwise

Hallson Order Received
I received my late summer order from Chris this past Wednesday, and of course all were beautiful plants, with lots of nice eyes, foliage and great roots! I was excited to find them when I got home after work, such a nice end to the day! I oohed and aahed, then put them in water to soak until the nex...

Re: Blue eye in Pauls Glory
That is kind of what I was thinking, the mixture would be nice, but I don't want the whole plant to go blue, so I will watch it and see what happens next spring. If the blue eye(s) come back, I will seperate them. Maybe they are just confused like Spiders?? Hi Spider! (Ginger waving)
