ademink, no expert when it comes to hostas but I can tell you from what we grow here it is best to keep your property as free of leaves and wilted plant material as possible. Especially molds and blacken plant material. Sorry but no leaf mulch here!! I deal with leaves blowing in all the time and if...

Hey Goose, remind me in the spring and I'll have some rooted ones to share. I hang my head here, didn't cut back a one. Just put them
in the Brug house and enjoyed them blooming in there. I had 28 of them in bloom at Thanksgiving and last week 8. I have 12 seedpods!!

C. Crispa went from 6-inch plant when we got her to almost 5 feet this season, with 14 seedpods. The bees loved her too!! Well worth growing!!

She is still blooming and I hated to put her away. She was so pretty and healthy this year even with the high temps that
