Oh you guys are making me jealous....mine has had a hard life and right now is 1 small leaf emerging from the ground

Has anyone used chicken manure in their flower beds???? I have a neighbour cleaning out his coop and I wondered if it would help or do harm to my beds???

I have been cleaning my flower beds...boy this working gets in the way of my play time...anyway, I can't believe that I lost 16 hostas this year...has anyone else lost this many through the winter??? is this the norm?? I have maybe lost 1 or 2 before, but NEVER this many

I know when I was having trouble with blurry pictures, I thought I had to get close to the plant to get a good shot...now I stand a bit further away and zoom in...BUT also use the macro setting..

This is my first year that I am going to try and save herbs to use throughout the winter, what is the best way of preserving herbs??
