Your hostas are looking husky this year and multiplying fast, must be the rain and all that sun that you've been
groaning about. :D

Nice pics... thanks!

Help me out on one of them, though. I have 5 Emerald Ruff Cut that were tc last year, nice one-eyed plants this year... but all five are showing some kind of burn early in this season... and I see a little of the same kind of burn on yours... what light conditions do you have for that plant. I'm hoping this beauty is not going to turn out to be finicky...

They look great, LG! I like you Punky. I had an Emerald Ruff Cut up and die on me , so I bought another one this year from Hallsons. I'm hoping to have better luck with it.

Thanks!!

The ERC is on the east side of the house, so it does get lots of shade....There is a tree of the neighbors by there too.....it gets a bit of direct sun about noon'ish I am not sure how long, but an hour??? i don't know, and will have to try and pay attention.

Thanks....and Missy Mary Ann, I never moan.....

I've spent the last week lifting hosta that are struggling to grow under the canopy of larger hosta and mature shade trees. They get so wimpy when they don't get enuf light and so blasted in the sun. ~groan~ Looking for that happy medium. Yours look perfect. :D

Beautiful hostas LG.

I have to go out and see what ever became of my ERC. Totally forgot all about it. Tucked it in the garden a year ago. I hope it looks half as good as yours, actually I hope its still alive!
