Hi--This is a pic of the center of the 40 foot long bed I started to show yesterday. We have this short pathway in the middle to make it easier to get around the area.

Very nice , Hank. Good idea to put a pathway in there so you don't have to walk all the way around or take the chance of stepping on your plants. :wink:

Looks great Hank. :cool: I like the idea of the path too. :D Not only can you get through without stepping on the hostas but you can step in to get a closer look. 8-)

Hi Pat--Thanks to Betty we have stepping stones all over the garden. A lot of them are more or less covered with foliage but we know where they are and can use them to get in to the interior of a bed.
