A few of my seedlings from last year....

Post by caliloo »

All of my seedlings are OP, but I do know the pod parent for most of them. THey all came from seed collected at my local nursery (except for the streaky one) and are second year seedlings.

This is a Korean Snow seedling.

D2 seedling (I bought this seed) was blue and cream last year, I suppose it might still get there

Very nice looking plants.

The Korean Snow one looks very cool.
Wouldn't want to get it mixed in with the dandelions though.

Nice work!

Very nice seedlings Calliloo. I would be proud of those too. I am nursing along a few seedlings - still very young. After all my hybridizing efforts last year, my most interesting seedlings were also OP. I have one green and white seedling from Spilt Milk that I am watching to see how the white chooses to settle out. I also have a bunch of GE OP seedlings with interesting color streaking...however they keep changing with each new leaf. It has been fun to watch their progress and difficult to cull because I'm afraid I will throw out something that could mature to look like a Clearfork River Valley...or better!
