Hi All--Feather Boa is a variety that I got in 2002. This plant starts the season as a bright yellow and becomes chartreuse by mid summer. Other than that, I find it hard to think of much to say about this unremarkable variety. I have it growing in a spot that gets dappled light until early afternoon. It's size has gone from 12x6 in 2002 to 14x5, 14x4, 15x6 and 15x6. Hmmmm...that is a remarkable consistency of size. (:-) My plant is in line with Lemke's listing of 12x6x but seems unlikely to ever reach Zilis' 27x11. Slugs have not bothered it.

Re: Pic of the Day--Feather Boa
I picked up this Feather Boa very early in the season. It went into a trough and put up some really late flowers.
