Ahhh, my LSCM doesn't seem as dark. :( I was just comparing it today to an old, unidentified hosta that was around forever and they were the same shade of green :( :( Any special magic to getting the darkness?

Total and complete shade does the trick.
Last year it was in a location with a bit of sun in the morning and it was not near as dark.
This year it is not growing like crazy due to total shade but the leaves are now what I expected.

Nice!! :P Mine is growing like crazy, but it's in a very sunny spot so the leaves are lighter even than medium green.
