Its just that extra matter that protects/covers the eyes...on some its purple, others green, some red, but has nothing to do with the petiole color! Geez, what is it?

Beautiful pics! In 2003, I had the hardest time choosing between Manhattan and Niagara Falls and finally chose Niagara Falls. Back then, I didn't know they were Olga's introductions. I had never even heard of Olga. Now I wish I had just bought both.
