Congratulations to Lisa
Lisa Putnam has agreed to be up for the VP position in the MN Hosta Society.
She is a high-energy motivating force!
Election will be held next month.
You go girl!
BTW
She motivated me to get the creative juices going and submit some ideas for the theme for the 2010 national convention.

It's NOT offical yet. Yes I accepted the nomination for VP. I could still hear an objection from the audience Oct 28th. So who's been bending your ear? Curious minds want to know. Did they also tell you who our new President is too? Later, Love, Lisa
P.S. Memo to self...when I pray for rain next season, specify that its not FROZEN.

Have I mentioned lately that my drinking team has a hosta problem?

Lisa
Go for it LISA!
Best wishes,
Liselotte
P.S. indeed 'a very cool picture'
What can I say A foot of snow on May 29th, a hard freeze the next morning, now snow predicted for today, what kind of a season is that? Oh yes, I forgot, Helleborus and oriental poppies blooming along with all the prairie flowers still showing off. August was so cold primulas think it is spring too Hostas will have a long rest, they were ruined by frost first week in September!
Best wishes,
Liselotte

I don't think the *S* or *F* word should be allowed at least till Christmas (okay, Thanksgiving). I fear you are giving the weather ideas of spreading that 'cold' stuff to other areas! (NOT READY HERE for it!) Then again, I'm never ready for winter
Lisa, congrats on the nomination and good luck with the voting!

Lisa, It's SO good of you to accept the nomination. I know everyone on every board, no matter the level, puts in a lot of work. Good luck...you'll make a great VP.
