Pic of the Day--Garden tour 25

Post by Hank Zumach »

Hi All--As you leave the Friendship Garden and walk north we have the area that we call the woodland path. On the right side of the photos is the hillside forest. On the left, and outside of the photo, is a steep bank that runs behind our home that I'll be showing later. The hostas along the path are a few named varieties and a bunch of mature seedlings. I sometimes think of this whole area as a barrier against the encroachment of the forest undergrowth.

I love all your garden , Hank, but I really do love the forest area the best I think. It's just so peaceful.
