Can a open pollenated seedling from Elegans or Bressingham Blue be registered? Thanks BEV

You can.
There are even weedlings that have been registred (where even the pod parent was unknown)
The registration guidelines ask to inform on "Parentage to the extent known", but there is category “parentage unknown” available...
