At least you have your mice in the garden. My are still in the pot and back and forth to the veggie garden for the winter. I'm getting quite disenchanted with those little mice, actually.

Here is mine today-3rd year in the ground hopefully will grow larger next year. Its a beauty-no slug holes, no sun damage. Great color.

2014 - 'Touch of Class' is doing well. Not growing a lot, but then it's not supposed to get too large and I've had it a long time. It's also fertile and I have 4 seedlings from it that I'm watching. Picture July 27, 2014.

One seedling form 2009. A lovely intense yellow, but when I moved it half-way through the summer it got sunburned in its new location. Picture July 16, 2014.

Another seedling from 2009 which is also a nice yellow but has red legs. Picture September 8, 2014.

And a flower on the last seedling - September 8, 2014.

A couple more seedlings from TOC.

This one is from 2012 and has a lovely intense purple flower. Photo Sept. 8, 2014.

But it's a green plant and may not be anything special. Time will tell.

Finally a seedling from 2013 which has lovely red legs and a nice shape to the leaves and mound. Photos early August 2014.

Touch Of Class is my favorite hosta. She is vigorous, hardy, tough and beautiful well into fall. It was getting squeezed out by its neighbors including a fast growing Northern Exposure. So, we created a new spot for her. In the third picture you can see its deserved prominence in the front bed.
