That looks great, Ed. Mine has never grown that well.

Gardeners take note: this one comes up LATE like its friend 'On Stage' (a.k.a. H. montana 'Choko Nishiki'). I made the mistake of planting these together, which of course creates a hole in the garden that doesn't fill until May.

Some examples of montana types being tardy in the garden:

Here is Paradise Backstage, a reverse sport of On Stage. The others have been up for a month. Paradise Backstage is on the right edge in the middle with about 4 sprouts.
