'Mr Big' from Chris in 2004

Post by tsbccowboy »

Some photos of 'Mr Big', which was purchased from Chris in 2004. It came as a big two-eyed plant and just kept getting bigger. In 2013 I took some divisions off the plant and that set it back some but I expect it to be large again this year.

That is an amazing 10 year progression in your garden!

I'm glad this one did well for you, but we stopped selling it because not everyone had that much luck. Vim and Vigor was another one we stopped due to production problems and because customers weren't seeing that much vim or vigor...

We moved one of our last Mr. Big plants to the edge of our wetland where it really lives up to its name and the leaves are huge too. Niagara Falls planted next to it is even bigger :wow: I can stand next to those two plants and they come up to just around the base of my ribcage which makes them about 40" high.

Great looking plants and garden. Thanks a lot for sharing it!
