El Nino Sport?
I guess this El Nino is sporting? I am going to leave this division on the plant and see what comes of it. The normal part of this El nino is no where near as big

I would leave it until later in the season, when it has had some time to build up its own energy stores (crown). See what color it wants to be during the summer. If it stays near-white, it won't survive, but maybe it will green up while giving this great show in spring. If so, then divide it, leaving it as much of the crown as you can.

I had a similar one off of First Frost.

It was a healthy plant until the voles got it last season.
