My Journal showed up today.
There was an interesting article of hosta flowers. It talked about the preference for foliage as opposed to 3 weeks of flowers. My garden has hosta flowers from mid-June to mid-November. You can plan your hosta garden to have flowers most of the season - Elegans early, then June and Halcyon, then Fragrant Bouquet, and "finally" Red October. And some flower multiple times like Lemon Frost which can put up flowers in mid-November.
The article was aimed at introducing new flower colors that are on the horizon - yellow and red.
