Arkansas River is a green/blue hosta from Alex Malloy. It is one of his "River" series. It has dark coloration on the front and back of the petiole. The leaves are oval with a slight ripple on the edge. The back of the leaf is white.
I couldn't find any information this plant. Not even in the Hostapedia.
Hosta Registry - not registered

I picked up this hosta at a First Look auction. It looks like it has Riptide
in its background, in fact, it looks like Riptide. I'll have to see how close it is when the scape and flowers show up.
I'm hoping someone can fill in some details on this plant.

Re: Hosta of the Day - Arkansas River
Two scapes came up on Arkansas River and the flowers have started to open.
Riptide.
Just a different angle:
The flower petals seem to have a ripple in them. The flowers are different from Ed McHugh, Sicklerville NJ
