Hi, all you viney experts!
A question please....my MIL moved to a new home in December and I want to help her transplant some things from her former place. I know how to do most, but can someone tell me the best time of year, and the best way to transplant a fairly mature clematis? I think it is a 'Nelly Moser' if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

Here is Deb's site with excellent information. I would transplant when the soil is workable.

Looks like good information! We'll get at it as soon as the ground thaws.
