Como Park Conservatory -- Water Lily Central

Post by GrannyNanny »

Hi -- I thought you might like to see part of the conservatory that the water lilies I posted came from. The reflecting ponds are around three sides of the building, with one side filled with those Victoria lilies with the huge platters, smooth on top with spiky undersides. This side, however, has no Victoria lilies, but lots of lovely littler ones. Phyllis

Just lovely!

Makes me long to take a trip to the St. Louis Botanical Gardens....they have something similar. It's been 7-8 years since I've been there.
