Please ID

This tree is in my mom's new front yard. I liked it the moment I saw its leaves. I was delighted when I discovered the pretty flowers. I have no idea what it is. I have never seen one like it. I hope someone knows.

Looks like a hawthorn to me, probably 'Paul's Scarlet'.

Thanks so much for the ID Kellie! I googled Paul's Scarlet and found that it is a double so I kept searching and came upon Crimson Cloud. I believe that is it. It's nice to know what it is.
