xSinocalycalycanthus raulstonii 'Hartlage Wine'

Just had to post a picture of the flower on this shrub. The flower is about 2.5-3" in diameter. I planted mine last fall and it is going great guns. So far the deer haven't bothered it at all. Supposed to be hardy in Zones 5-9. Here is a link to some info.

Definitely hardy in zone 5:

Quite the name there, but a very cool looking plant. Thanks for sharing, I'll be keeping an eye out of that one, and thanks for letting us know that it is hardy in zone 5 Viktoria :)
