Witch Hazel is BLOOMING!

The whole shrub is full, and I mean full, of tiny little yellow flowers. I always thought that they bloomed in the spring, but mine always blooms now. I can go out on my back deck and look down and there it is, in all its glory. And right now, it is covered in snow. So I can't see it. Too bad. CHAR

That is most likely common witchhazel --Hamamelis virginiana--which is in bloom here in Ohio now.
