Thanks for sharing and for calling to let us know. He did love coming here and sharing pictures back in the day, and sad that he is gone :( If you get details after they've made arrangements let us know if you can.

Take care,

Thank you for the news, sad as it is. I'll always remember him for enjoying life's simple pleasures, even when things weren't going so well for him.

It's hard to believe that he's gone. He overcame so many challenges, and was always so upbeat about everything. Thanks, LG, for keeping in touch with OC and Joy and letting us know. He'll be missed. I'm just sorry that you never got a chance to meet him in person. I know how special he was to you.

Such sad news. LG, could you pm me their address, so I can send Joy and the family a sympathy card? I know I can write something online at the funeral home site, but I'd prefer to do a card if possible. :(

thanks, LucyGoose, for all the information. I am so, so sorry the OC is gone - he was a constant and reassuring presence on this site, and I will miss him and his upbeat posts. I, too, would like a PM with Joy's address so I can send a card. Phyllis
