The Idiots planned to move on to Zion for a couple of nights... but Kodachrome was SO pleasant and uncrowded and comfortable... and it was so nice to watch the light play over the surfaces from dawn to dusk...
so the Idiots got up before sunrise and camped out at the guard station and got on the list - and snagged two more nights in Kodachrome. The added reward was watching the sun rise over the rocks.
Kodachrome Basin was a good place for the Idiots to play around with their electric bikes.
No matter what direction one looks... no matter what time of day... it is just natural to reach for the camera!
