Beautiful photos!

I was going to ask where in z6 you are too! I am z6/7 near Philly and the last of the snow has just melted here. Not a crocus bloom in sight yet!

Thanks for posting them... it gives me strength to hang on until better weather!

I am in KY, nope not stored. Just took these today. The tulips are in a pot, but the rest our in the garden. I also put up one of my mini-greenhouses because I brought some of my annuals out of the barn & I need to start some of my seeds soon. It was a beautiful day here today.

Great BEE SHOTS

Post by oldcoot »

O.C. is jealous too. He does have Crocus, Daffs up and ready to bloom, and a few Tulips breaking the surface. Only thing blooming right now are his Crocus.

Great Pictrures !!! What kind of Ccamera do you use, and how did you get so CLOSE. O.C. got a new Digi Cam for Christmas and hopes to try some BEE shots this summer. Were these "Macro" shots ??

Isn't nature strong?

Even in the snow my crocus keeps on blooming, the Hellebores flower nicely and the Hamamelis is just finished.

Everyday of the year we have something in bloom, I already saw a few flowers on my Pulmonaria 'Sissinghurst White' and on the Vinca minor.
I cannot wait for spring to arrive in full force.

Well, somewhere under that white Sh*t out there!

This was our Sunday night drop from the heavens that was supposed to be 3-6 inches and ended up being over 14 1/2~

Sorry I never came back & replied or thanked anyone for the compliments. I got that new Canon Digital Rebel for my birthday & it is just now warm enough for me to be outside playing with it or shall I say learning how to use it. I also have a Canon Elan7 & use it's lenses with my DigiRebel, yes, these were macro shots with a Canon EFS 18-55 lens.

I now have many bird pictures & even some of the deer.

Thank you all for the welcomes, compliments & questions.
