Jackie's front yard
This is the trellis and fence I built for DD#2. Eventually I'm going to replace her porch railing (on the right) with the same design.

Thanks everyone!
Becky in TN, and anyone else interested. Because of my ADD, I do most of my work from sketches and photos of what I see rather than from plans. I take a few measurements and scratch up my own drawings that no one else could possible figure out. That being said, I get a lot of ideas from my fav TV show, The New Yankee Workshopand lots of great woodworking mags. Yeah! I'm a Norm freak geek, even to the point that my kids once gave me a pic of him to hang in the shop, and they tease me about my plaid flannel shirts in the winter. Mostly as a joke............I think!
If your interested in plans of ANY kind, the web is loaded. Some great sites for woodworking projects.
The New Yankee Workshop
plansnow.com
backyardspaces.com
Some great woodworking mags with their own sites also
'Wood' mag by Better Homes and Gardens
'American Woodworker'
'Woodsmith'
Any of these sites/mags have tons of plans for arbors, pergolas (sis), Andarondack chairs, planters, benches, yadda, yadda, yadda. Many of them are free and right on the net.
The New Yankee workshop has plans by them self, or plans AND the video episode of the individual projects if you wish. I learn more form seeing, than I do from plans, but that's just me. My sisters always tell me I couda been a genius if school didn't get in my way.

Wow! That's beautiful OED. Are the curved pieces cut or bent? Nice job!
You're too late Deb. I already gave it to her.
You're not going to kill me are you OED?
