This Old Coot named John likes them
His bloomed about the time his Dayliles did. Camera was down when they bloomed so missed them. Sure hope to do better next year because they were beautiful. Large heads and full of color. Be interesting to see if they come back next year, after the horrible summer draughts (*still on) for the past two summers.
There may be snow in the garden, but there will always be eternal springtime in the heart of this old gardner - Saying of Old Coot
Those are beautiful, Sam. I can't grow them reliably here, just one zone too cold. I haven't tried them lately, might give it another shot next year and see if I can find a microclimate that will suit them.
