Potted bulbs

Post by Old earth dog »

My DW got a huge pot of Tete-a-tete narcissus for her bday a while back. She'd like to keep and plant them outside. (gift from son)
What do I do with them indoors till it's warm enough to plant? They are finished blooming but I know they need the folage for next years blooms. The folage is still green but very droopy due to lack of strong light.
I don't really expect anything from them again this spring.

Remove them to the garage and let them get cold. Then in the spring move them outside. We have done this and to our surprise they got enough cold and bloomed again??
