I think my Blue Shadows, and Great expectations bit the dust, Inniswood, and Bright Lights don't look to good either.
I have had them all for at least 5 years

They look wonderful, Ed. Lots of trees in bloom in SW Iowa now. Lilacs are in full bloom & smell like heaven this year. Sorry to hear about the loss of some of your hostas... :???:

Lilacs are at least a week maybe two from bloom yet

The Hosta's were a bummer, I think that the dry summer/ winters of the last 4 years are starting to exact it's toll.

Hope all is well in Iowa Ren

Going pretty well, Ed. Thanks. :)

I looked at the hostas you lost again. Inniswood has never been a problem for me except with frost damage a couple of years. But 2 of the others you mentioned have always been problems for me. Great Expectations has always grown slowly/barely - even the one that's planted in a pot & sunk in the ground. And I've had 3 Bright Lights - all in different places in the garden & have lost all 3. The last one was fine one year & there was no sign of it the next. Actually if I recall correctly, 2 in different holding beds did that in the same year. :???: :x So I'm very reluctant to try anymore Tokudamas. Flavocircinalis is the only one that's ever grown well for me.
