Last year we did the new retaining wall around the utility box and I started working in this area to create a buffer from the neighbors!! What do you think? DH is upset he can't see the box area but again he loves the flowers and thinks there should be more!!

I disguised a utility box once and planted things that would come back from the root "just-in-case". Thank goodness I did because the utility company did come along and dig it up!

It's a combination of grasses and flowering plants instead of the tall variegated grass I threatened to plant there for screening! :oops: Fences make for great neighbors!! :wink:

Thank you everyone! My friend stopped this am to use the computer and as she was backing out she rolls the window down and saids she is going to stop back after work as she wants to take a closer look at this area. It caught her eye and she knew I had been doing a lot of work on the yard. She was shocked to see the inside almost done. I'm down to the last three bedrooms! :wink:
