The end of Jan we saw our frist spring crocus bloom. We start off with the white ones, then the yellows that are about finished now.
But the highlight is the purples!! My favorite!

Yes, me too! Love the purple. Thanks for sharing. How long do your crocus bulbs last? (how many years in the ground)

Aren't they pretty!!! I can't wait til we start seeing the crocuses here. They are such cheery little flowers. :D

I love crocus!! They are so cute!! I like the purple stripey ones.

Spider, me too! I'm going to mark them and see if they send up seeds. Want some if they do?
I did note all the bees out there, so open pollination took place!

I may be too far south for them, but I'd like to try if you can. :) Thank you. I have some daffs and Lilly of the valley that have only sent up leaves, not anything past that. I'm also south facing - no sunlight at all, just the shade of the building. Good for my heating bill, not so much for flowers.
