Bad Fall

I was NOT happy! I thought they were going to destroy my perennial bed in order to repair the septic system. I was stressed outta my gourd! So it was late fall and I moved my betony plants to the bed by the patio. Well, they left the perennial bed alone and we;ll see if the repair to the drain field did the trick. So it was a bad autumn for awhile.

A bad fall, you ask? Hubby didn't watch where he was going one night. We were downtown and he kept looking up at the awnings instead of where his feet were going. He tripped over a bicycle rack and broke his elbow. Well, what can I say, except that he seldom takes my advice. At his age, you would think he'd know better!
