Can wood ashes benefit in any way in the garden :-?
Have to clean up the fireplace :D

Do you know abouth the PH ? It is mostly beech and a bit of ash and oak tree

Sorry, I can't help on the PH but you should see an improvement in the plants you spread this on.

Wood ash is usually very alkaline. Excellent in acid soil but neutral or above soil it probably shouldn't be used.

I'm thinking beets and root crops like wood ash, but I better go look that up. Yes, but not potatoes or blueberry bushes.
