Blue Girl

Unknown...Does it look familar to anyone?

This was brought 15+ yrs ago and I do not remember the name. But it never disapponts me. Blooms all summer last year with our mild winter it bloomed until November.

Unfortunately, I can't help with the id, but it is a really pretty rose.

The orange & yellow unknown could be 'Joseph's Coat' (?)
