I know there is a drought and we are on water restrictions. Add to that it has been in the 90's for the last 3 days. The only good thing to come of this is Eden isn;t balling this year

Balling is when the blooms are too wet to open. This rose has a zillion petals and if it is too wet/humid the outer petals stick together and the bloom never opens. It just dies in a ball. Really ugly.

This year though... it has been quite nice. I guess hot and dry has it's advantages!
