I am looking for a nursery in SE Michigan that may sell this antique rose. I found a few mail order outlets. I currently have La Marne and would like another. Purchased my original one from the now closed Great Lakes Roses.

Sorry, do not have any ideas,
... but if you can't find one, you can take cuttings from antiq roses- at least you can do it here, they are on their own roots.
