...I would like to label with their correct names.

Which end is front?

I know this guy is a Hickory Tussock Moth caterpillar, but which end answers to that name?

The first caterpillar is the larva of the Polyphemus moth. I like to use this website for caterpillar IDs: http://www.discoverlife.org/mp/20q?guide=Caterpillars

I don't recognize your bugs and I'm not sure where my bug guide is at right now...

It isn't a luna moth. We collect those all the time. I'm 99% certain it is a polyphemus moth:
